APPLICATION:

WQD Submersible sewage pump is composed of motor,water pump and sealing part.The water pump has impeller-volute structure,and it is under the single or three phase asynchronous motor.Mechanical seal is used as the motive seal between motor and water pump,and oil reasisting rubber O ring works as the static seal for the rabbet.Thus,the reliability of our machine is ensured. Meanwhile,the rotor shaft is made of stainless steel,so reliable machanical strength of the shaft is obtained,and the abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance of the shaft are both improved.Also,it facilitates the disassembly and maintenance of impeller.

USE AND FEATURES

◎ WQD series pump with open runner impeller, which is specially designed, has super-strong capacity.

◎ So, the pump ont only won't be blocked because of sucking in solid particle and fiber impurity, but also avoid easily spoing because of sucking-inabrasive grain, especially used to sewage irrigation, consruction site, coal, mine, metallurgy, dying and textile industry, etc water pump with float ball is an automatic control type, after water level inscrease, float ball will increase automatically then the pump begins running.

◎ This protective function prevents motor begins running.

◎ This protective function prevents motor damage due to dry running of the pump.

◎ It saves and needs no tender, very convenient and reasonable for usage
